Mr. Bowen is a seasoned geologist with 54+ years in global mineral exploration. He led key discoveries like Camino Rojo and Pitarrilla, specializing in Au, Ag, Pb, Zn, Cu. His expertise spans strategic planning and technical leadership across the Americas.

Alan Antonio Zavala Piña

Mr. Zavala (M.Sc. Geology) is a geologist with 18+ years of experience in mineral exploration across Mexico and the U.S. His expertise includes geological mapping, geochemical analysis, and target generation for epithermal, skarn, and porphyry deposits. He has held key roles at Silver Standard, First Majestic, and Newmont, leading teams in discovery and development projects.

Adrian Job Manzano Rivera

Co-Founder

Mr. Manzano is a geologist with 14+ years in underground ore control, exploration, and evaluation of VMS/epithermal deposits in Mexico. Expert in 3D modeling (Leapfrog, Datamine) and resource estimation, he has led teams at Peñoles, Fresnillo, and Guanajuato Silver. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ITESM) with a Rock Mechanics Diploma.
